Terms & Conditions (License & Support Policy)

By purchasing and downloading this extension, you strictly agree to the following terms:
|
|
|
|
Single Domain License: One purchase allows you to install and use the extension on exactly one (1) live domain and one (1) local/test environment. You need a separate License Key for each additional live project.
|
|
|
|
License Activation: The module requires a License Key to function. Please email info@nat.od.ua with your Order ID and Domain Name after purchase to receive your key.
|
|
|
|
Support: We provide free technical support for bugs and standard installation issues. Support is available via email (info@nat.od.ua). Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response.
|
|
|
|
Compatibility: The module is guaranteed to work on standard OpenCart / ocStore installations. We cannot guarantee out-of-the-box compatibility with heavily customized core files or third-party checkout/theme modules, though we will do our best to assist you.
|
|
|
|
Refund Policy: We offer a 100% refund if the extension is completely non-functional on a standard OpenCart setup and our support team is unable to fix it. We do not issue refunds for "change of mind" or if you have already requested and received a domain license key.
|
|
|
|
Distribution: The code is open-source (no IonCube), meaning you can modify it for your own needs. However, you may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish this extension in any form.
|
|
|
|
|
|
DESCRIPTION:
|
|
Poll Widget [NAT] is a powerful tool for creating responsive voting widgets and polls on your store.
|
|
1. Create unlimited polls with multi-language questions and answers.
|
|
2. Flexible voting rules: allow/disallow guest voting and set strict limits on how many times a single user or IP can vote.
|
|
3. Customizable results: display results as percentages, vote counts, both, or hide them entirely (showing only a thank-you message).
|
|
4. Built-in visual customization: adjust the widget's background, text, borders, buttons, and progress bar colors directly from the admin panel using color pickers.
|
|
5. Advanced statistics and management: view real stats, manually adjust/boost vote counts, and monitor a detailed log of voters (including Name, IP, Date, and the exact Page URL where the vote was cast).
|
|
|
|
INSTALLATION:
|
|
1. Go to OpenCart admin panel: "Extensions" -> "Installer".
|
|
2. Upload the `poll_widget_nat_OC_20_22_1_1.ocmod.zip` archive.
|
|
3. Go to "Extensions" -> "Modifications" and click the blue "Refresh" button.
|
|
4. Go to "System" -> "Users" -> "User Groups", edit your group (Top Administrator), click "Select All" for Access and Modify permissions, then Save.
|
|
5. Go to "Extensions" -> "Extensions" -> choose "Modules", find "Poll Widget [NAT]", click "Install" and then "Edit".
|
|
|
|
UPDATE:
|
|
1. Upload the new zip file via Extension Installer over the old one.
|
|
2. Refresh modifications cache.
|
|
3. Hard refresh your browser cache (Ctrl+F5) on the module settings page.
|
|
|
|
UNINSTALLATION:
|
|
1. Go to Extensions -> Modules, click the red "Uninstall" button next to the module.
|
|
2. Go to the Extension Installer history and delete the module files.
|
|
3. Refresh modifications cache.
|
|
|
|
INSTRUCTION:
|
|
- Poll Creation: Navigate to the module settings, click "Add New", configure the question and answers per language, and set guest/limit rules.
|
|
- Design: Use the "Design & Colors" tab to set the color scheme for your widget so it perfectly matches your theme.
|
|
- Stats Management: Go to the "Statistics & Management" tab to view real votes, add custom "bonus" votes to specific answers, and track exactly where and who is voting in the logs.
|
|
- Layouts Assignment: To display the widgets on your storefront, go to Design -> Layouts, select your desired layout (e.g., Home, Category, Information), and add the created module to your preferred position.
